Black is the basic version of Primaloft® insulation. The synthetic filling perfectly replaces natural down, while eliminating some of the "down" defects, including the loss of insulating properties after getting wet. Primaloft® Black retains them, ensuring that high thermal comfort is maintained in cold conditions. The insulation is also extremely compressive, thanks to which clothing with this type of insulation will take up little space in your luggage or backpack.

Durable Water Repellent (DWR)

Durable Water Repellent (DWR) is a water-repellent finish to the fabric that gives the top layer water-repellent properties. In conditions of high air humidity or during light precipitation, the DWR finish protects the material against rapid soaking, resisting water particles. This ensures a lower weight of the material as well as better insulating properties against the cold.
