Men's baselayer Gatta Active MAX Miyabi® is a new innovative micro-acrylic yarn developed by the Japanese company Mitsubishi. The yarn was obtained by combining a new generation of acrylic viscose fiber. MIYABI® consists of very thin fibers - 10 microns (human hair has a thickness of 100 microns, Merino wool fibers between 14-20μ). The knit of this yarn is very soft, delicate to the touch, even after repeated washing. One layer of MIYABI® garment with a basis weight of 186g / m² keeps the heat comparable to the double layer of cotton garments with a weight of 216g / m². It does not peel like wool or cotton because it has special polymerisation to prevent it. Thanks to its low weight, it dries very quickly, more than half faster than cotton. It also has bacteriostatic properties (stabilizes bacterial flora on the surface of the body to prevent the formation of unpleasant odors)
